Can I use the Horus Heresy vehicles in place of Warhammer 40,000 units?

Yes, with the exception of Land Raider variants and Vindicator. The Horus Heresy Vindicator must have a blast shield that is equal to the Warhammer 40,000 Vindicator. Astra Militarum Leman Russes from the Horus Heresy need to have their sponson weapons match the Warhammer 40,000 model.
